9 oz (250 g) Onions, chopped
7 oz (200 g) Tomatoes, sliced
7 oz (200 g) Cheddar Cheese, shredded
18 oz (500 g) Richardson Ultimate Barbecue Sauce (76001007 - 8x1 L Case)
Grill the beef skirt steak until it breaks apart, add onions and cook for one more minute. Add Ultimate BBQ Sauce and keep warm. Heat the pita bread in the oven. Cut the top from the pita bread and stuff it with the sliced tomatoes, cheddar cheese and meat mixture.
This sandwich has an excellent portability factor.
