Cauliflower Salad

Roasted cauliflower tossed in buttery Sriracha sauce topped with crispy bacon, toasted almonds, diced celery, carrot sticks, red onions and green leaf lettuce drizzled with chunky blue cheese dressing

  • Richardson’s Ultimate Sriracha Sauce
  • Renee’s Blue Cheese Dressing

 

Ingredients: Serves 1
Cauliflower cut into florets 1/4 head
Celery, diced 1oz
Carrot sticks 1oz
Red onions, slivered 1oz
Green Leaf lettuce 4oz
Bacon, cooked and broken in random pieces 1oz
Almonds, toasted 1oz
Renee's Blue Cheese Dressing 2oz
Richardson's Ultimate Sriracha Sauce 2oz

 

Directions:

In a bowl toss cauliflower florets with Richardson’s Ultimate Sriracha Sauce and transfer to a baking pan. Roast in the oven on F450 for 20 minutes turning once halfway through the cooking time, set aside. Place green leaf lettuce in the center of a plate top with roasted Sriracha cauliflower, onions, celery, carrot sticks, toasted almonds and bacon, Drizzle with Renee’s Blue Cheese Dressing and serve.
