Southwest Breakfast Burrito

Ingredients

10 pieces              Flour Tortillas

20 pieces              Eggs

7 oz (200 g)          Green bell peppers

5 oz (150 g)           Onion

20 pieces               Breakfast sausages

5 oz (150 g)            Monterey Jack Cheese

11 oz (300 g)          Renée's Southwest Ranch Salad Dressing (76001243 - 2x4L Case)

 

Directions

Sauté onions, green peppers and breakfast sausages for two minutes, keep warm. Scramble the eggs and cook until fluffy.

Spread 30 grams of Renee's Southwest Ranch dressing on each tortilla. Add equal amounts of the scrambled eggs and the sausage, onion and pepper mixture. Sprinkle with Monterey Jack cheese.

Roll as firmly as possible.

Serve immediately or store in the refrigerator and reheat in the microwave for 30 seconds when ordered.
