Ingredients

4 piece(s)               Beerbattered halibut

1 oz (40 g)              Pickles

7 oz. (200 g)          Richardson Bistro Honey Mustard Dressing (76001114 - 2x4L Case)

0 oz. (10 g)             Fresh Dill


 

Directions

In a bowl mix chopped pickles, fresh dill and Richardson Bistro Honey Mustard Dressing.

Deep fry the halibut for 6 minutes or until golden brown.

Serve on a plate with tartar sauce for dipping, a wedge of lemon and fries.
