Asian Style Tilapia on a bed of Bean Sprouts

Asian Style Tilapia


28 oz (800 g)                         Tilapia Filet 

3 pieces                                  Garlic, fresh, finely chopped   

1 oz (25 g)                              Ginger root, finely chopped

1 oz (25 g)                              Chipotle Chili, finely chopped

14 oz (400 g)                         Bean Sprouts 

7 oz (200 g)                           Scallions chopped

7 oz (200 g)                           Richardson Asian Sesame Dressing (76001062 - 2x4L)



Heat oil in a pan and fry garlic, ginger and chipotle chilli.

Add Tilapia filet and fry for 1 minute on each side.

Blush with Richardson Asian Sesame Dressing and keep warm.

In a wok heat oil and panfry bean sprouts and scallions, season with salt and pepper.

On a plate put bean sprouts and scallions mixture, put tilapia filet on top, and pour the Asian sauce over it.

Serve with rice or noodles.
